I work with catalogue, mail order, home shopping, e-commerce and multi-channel companies, helping them to improve their profits and performance.

My consultancy offers two main services: -

Consultancy I act as consultant to companies that sell direct to their consumers whether they are B2C or B2B. I provide specialist expert consultancy in the areas of marketing (both for e-commerce and mail order), catalogue and website design, merchandising and buying as well as general business and strategic advice. My consultancy clients range from small mail order and catalogue companies through to large multi-channel retailers. As well as assisting clients in developing their existing businesses I also advise e-commerce and conventional retailers who wish to add a mail order catalogue to their marketing mix. Training I’m not just a consultant. I run both public and in-house seminars and training courses on a wide variety of home shopping topics. Seminar topics cover catalogue creative, merchandising and buying, catalogue production, multi-channel and e-commerce marketing, customer recruitment and many more.
